Measurement Of The Door Opening

Note: The floor must be leveled before measurement. Space for tiling the floor and installing flooring should be reserved. If there are ceramic tiles on the wall, space for the ceramic tiles should be reserved.

Determine The Door Opening Direction

You have several choices for how your door opens. First, decide between in-swing and out-swing. Most people prefer in-swing, but we can make out-swing frames, usually for commercial use or as your project allows.

For left or right swing, the installation layout determines the direction. Face the door from outside. If the pivot is on the left, it’s a left-swing; if on the right, it’s a right-swing.
